Dimrost Shield Claim Form

 

Claim form for the Dimrost Shield to be awarded at the AGM on 29th March 2023.
Open to members of the Club only for show ring wins in 2022.
Please ensure your forms are returned to Yvonne no later than February 28th 2023.

Club Rules & Constitution

 

The Birmingham & District Dobermann Club publish our Rules and Constitution which ensures the club is run in a professional and responsible manner. The BDDC committee manage all aspects of the clubs activities including financial and legal matters.

 

Club officers and committee members work carefully within the rules of the club to bring a number of events and activities to it membership always with a careful eye on promoting the best value to it's members and the BDDC as a club.

General Code of Ethics

 

Every club or organisation sets out guidelines which it expects it's membership to adhere to, and the Birmingham & District Dobermann Club are no different. Guided by the Kennel Club the BDDC have a General Code of Ethics ensuring our membership conduct themselves in a responsible manner.

 

Our code of ethics and constitution & rules work together to encourage our membership in responsible Dobermann ownership and excellence in heath and wellbeing of our dogs. The BDDC encourage health testing before breeding, permanent canine identification like tattoo and micro chipping your Dobermans and abiding by all aspects of the Animal Welfare Act.

Membership Application Form

 

The benefits of membership enable you to enter BDDC shows at reduced cost and make use of our website to advertise your litters. If you enter our shows and other events, the saving on entry fees for our shows could cover the total cost of your annual subscription.

 

We pride ourselves on being a friendly club and all new members will be very warmly welcomed into the club membership. The BDDC encourages all members to become part of the local Dobermann owning community. Any help and support you need will be willingly and freely offered by members of the committee and the club. If you feel you have skills or ideas to benefit the club, please contact any of us to discuss your suggestions.

Online Membership Application Form

 

A digital version of our paper form for making a direct payment either by bank transfer or into our PayPal account; ideal for membership renewals.  Please note, if your application is for a new membership, this has to be considered for approval at the next available committee meeting and submission of the form & payment of due fees and/or donations does not constitute automatic acceptance onto the membership list.  Following the next available meeting, the membership secretary will contact you to advise.

Puppy List Booking Form

 

The Birmingham & District Dobermann Club offer its membership the opportunity to advertise their up and coming litters and puppies available. In order to advertise you will need to be a current member of our club and submit a completed 'Puppy List Booking Form' to the club secretary. 

 

The Club do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for the puppies advertised on the website, nor does the club offer any guarantees to the quality, health or fitness of any puppies offered for sale. The Birmingham & District Dobermann Club recommends the buyers view puppies whenever possible. Purchasers should always obtain a signed Pedigree and Kennel Club Registration Certificate from the breeder.
